Consoles and organizers aren't impressed

Think I missed something? The bottom part that should connect to the sides doesn't close completely. There must be something with velcro that attaches the bottom pieces to the side pieces. It seems very cheap to me. Maybe it would be better if the bottom was attached to the sides. Why is Velcro there when Velcro has nothing to fasten to?
