I like that this kitchen tool is versatile and compact. Everything but the fruit knife fits in the cup. There are no separate parts to keep track of. Everything is in one place, which saves a lot of closet space. I was able to get rid of 2 other tools when I got this. I no longer need a separate yolk separator or juice expander. This is a high quality tool made from thicker plastic and stainless steel. From the feel we can say it will be quite durable. It is well designed and built. Its functionality is amazing. The top cover is flat with a stainless steel grater. This is a smaller grater that works well for cheese and vegetables. If you remove the cover, you will see a double-sided insert. On one side there are large and small expanders with a strainer, which you can use to squeeze juice from large and small fruits. If you turn the insert upside down, you get a strainer that you can use to separate egg yolks. The container can also be used as a measuring cup. It is 20 ounces and is marked with both ounces and milliliters for measurement. The silicone base and grip make it easy to use without worrying about the cup slipping off. It is very easy to clean as all parts are disassembled. You can wash it by hand or throw it in the dishwasher. I usually throw it in the dishwasher and it holds up beautifully. The fruit knife is a nice addition. It's very sharp and works like a dream. This is a quality tool that is essential in any kitchen.
