Last summer we bought a small 16 foot trailer and being new to life on wheels we spent a lot of time learning what we need to know about many things. When it came to cooking, I knew right away that since storage is paramount, we were going to need a cookware set that folds flat, has a detachable handle, and has enough variety to accommodate any type of meal prep (which we did had). ). This set fully met our basic requirements. Really well packed in a small space. Our first impression was that the overall quality of materials and construction was excellent. They really do look and feel like very high quality stainless steel cookware, nothing is compromised anywhere. Once we started traveling and cooking with them, we were amazed at how well they reheated and prepared food. I know it sounds a bit abstract what else can you expect from cookware, but they just heat everything very evenly and efficiently. Closer inspection revealed a similar construction, including the outer and inner bottoms of the pan with an air gap between them which distributes the burner's heat very evenly over the entire surface. Another thing we like about them (and hard to explain) is that they retire with very little effort. Nothing sticks to them at all. We cook the same foods in it that we use in our household utensils, and sometimes we have trouble with our household utensils to clean them. this sentence is different. A lid with molded stepped edges is included to accommodate the size of each pot except the largest pot. The pan is meant to act as a lid for this very large pot, but essentially means there is no lid that fits the pan. We only take the one from the house that is hardly used anyway. If you've been cooking on multiple pots and need more than one lid, you may have to improvise or bring a different lid from home. And then you need to remove and install a handle that's included if you're using multiple pots at once. The handle has a spring-loaded latch that snaps onto the pan to prevent it from accidentally falling out. Regardless, this set still deserves a 5-star rating as it beats many other really important areas.
