I was very happy to receive what I thought was my first gaming PC. Just read and follow the instructions for T and DO NOT turn on the device AT ALL! I'm just calling tech support to find out you need to make an appointment for PST which may be in a few days. They advised me if I wanted a faster response to be the FIRST person on their live chat the next day that I had to take a break from. not even connected! Keep in mind that it came with a folder that contained a "supposed" certificate of validation. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? How does it pass the test when the wires are connected incorrectly and it doesn't even turn on! I'm very disappointed that what should have been a big moment ended in complete failure. BUILD Skynet and MAKE IT BETTER!
