This is a refurbished unit. Packed like new, including all accessories and documentation. The routers look like new. Customization is the whole application based on your phone. Installation is very simple, the app will guide you through every step. Adding a second unit to the system was just as easy. I connected the video surveillance system to a secondary network (LAN). Everything is working fine. I don't observe any speed drop from the main router to the secondary (I have a speed of less than 100 Mbit/s). Devices do not notice any difference between the two routers. VPNs and existing security also don't seem to be affected. Great system, good coverage (I haven't even set up a third one yet) and very easy setup. You look good too.
