This part is for left rear or left front door. The item is intact and works well. In my case, the left rear door lock did not close/unlock. The operation is very simple, 2 screws behind the door handle (find a rabbet and pry out) and one behind the door handle (small notch at the top), the rest of the door panel is held in place by pull-out clips (pull out the door panel or pry the door open slightly and pull then forcefully) disconnect the harness wires and open the door lock handle cover to release the wires (2). Now remove the black panel on the underside of the back of the door, disconnect the cable from the outside door handle and remove the three screws on the latch, remove the latch actuator/latch assembly. and transfer the latch to the new drive. Installation is the reverse of removal.
