Scale Arrived Damaged

When this arrived, one of the shipments was chipped and the other deformed. I have contacted the seller and they cannot replace the weights even if you return the faulty ones. They were responsive but the only option was to return the product which is very difficult when you are an expat using mail routing. Unfortunately, I would get a few more of these to make miso.
