Bought to latch my custom bin lid on my truck. The device was shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. The locking mechanism is easily removed with a key and you simply push it back in to secure the pen. It basically sums up the positive points. How: Lid to seal the lock to prevent water/dirt from entering the jar. Dislikes: The locking mechanism doesn't fit snugly against the o-ring. It is impossible to press it firmly against the o-ring, so dirt and water can get in that way. The o-ring must be removed to fit through the receiver. I've tried multiple receivers and it communicates with all of them. I had to take the ring off to put it on. If you look at the o-ring and the shaft you will see that the o-ring increases the diameter significantly. A fully assembled lock swings on a shaft. Not very sure. Overall a good concept, just poor execution. I don't expect it to last long and I assume I may have to cut it off if I need to remove it. The positive thing about this is that there is still a lot of shank left to tighten the saw blade. If you pick up the phone and put it back on, choose a different design. Removing the O-ring for installation and removal is a hassle, and the overall build quality is disappointing.
