Ultra-sharp blade moves effortlessly through vegetables
This peeler's ceramic blade is very sharp and works great! I think the angled design helps the utensil move smoothly over the veggies. The handle is made of softer material and is comfortable to hold. I peel a lot of carrots every week and hate doing it with my old peeler. For me it was always the worst job of the week and I thought I just hated doing it. Turns out my old knife just hurts. Mopping the floor is now my worst duty of the week.
