FAILED Notebook Accessories

FAILED! Folding legs are measured unevenly. The bottom leg is spaced half an inch from the table top. It rocks back and forth with no stability... I think I have a lemon. There are scratches on the bottom of the tablet and it seems like it was scratched by some kind of platform.
