The best part about this program was its ability of automatically updating my products' current retail value with new competitors which I had not yet listed in our website inventory system! It also allowed me to create custom alerts when certain conditions were met (e.g., if another retailer offered an item at less than what we currently list).

This helped us keep up-to date quickly without having to manually update each listing every time one came out from any other source. We did have some issues where it would sometimes take more then 10 minutes before all items updated properly after adding them into the database - however they are working hard towards fixing these problems now so hopefully things will get better soon.
