I have hair type 4, after using this shampoo my hair doesn't seem dry and split ends. The scent is mild and not too strong. I love the thickness of this conditioner and thanks to my comb it detangles my hair easily and provides excellent glide. I have hair type 4. I have hair type 4. I use this as a moisturizer because I don't twist/braid. While my hair is wet I use the LOC method and that is part of the cream. I wear wigs as a protective style, so I braid my hair while it's wet and let it air dry. The product turns white, but when it dries the residue disappears.
