Media could not be loaded. I really loved it it was great not only did I use it on my neck and shoulders I used it on my back lower back legs oh my god relaxation at it's finest. I was only allowed to post one video for review so I posted what I shot in the car as I thought it would be more helpful. It comes with a car adapter and I can say that the massager is just as powerful in the car as it is at home. If you need a massage along the way, consider this. It has 3 speed settings, heat control, and although it switches directions by itself every few minutes, there's a reverse button to control which direction it goes. This is a high quality material, very durable and doesn't seem to break easily. It's a bit bulky but a small price to pay for a good massage. You can put your hands through the loops and control how hard you want them to go there. Although I had a problem. The car has a zipper, I will remove the cover but I cannot open it. The zipper is hidden under a little tunnel and there was no tag to pull it out so I made a makeshift tag and the tag broke so I'll never know what it's really for. Anyway, apart from that little quibble, I think this machine is VERY VERY good, I've used it every other day and it's always put my mind at ease. I had to take care of myself, I almost fell asleep a few times lol.
