Awesome for lots of uses
This pad is awesome. The bottom is rough and won't slide around. It dries quickly when it gets wet. It rolls up and stores easily. I use it backpacking for a clean place to bathe before climbing into my bag. Its great for camping when you want to sit barefooted but stay out of the dirt. Changing out of snowboard boots & pants in a parking lot covered in ice. This can be used anywhere you don't want to stand in the dirt.
- Better than stepping on a storage bin lid, which I've been doing for years.
- The mat may not be versatile enough to use for other activities besides surfing
