I've seen various reviews from owners having problems with kennel spacers and other issues. However, I grew up eating these types of popcorn and now have my own for the first time and still love it. I had no problems but the 2nd and 3rd time less than a handful of popcorn fell out of the car onto the counter and floor and the kennels didn't pop out either but I can live with that and highly recommend this machine for the ability To heat "liquid oil" in a small round branch. Also, for those who have trouble with their popcorn bowl, I use AMC and Carmichael theater style buckets that fit perfectly under the car! IJS
