Review on Creuset LS2532 307F Signature Enameled Cast Iron by Sean Davis

Although I have not yet used the 3.5 liter fryer I am very happy. I currently have the 2.25 qt version, 26cm, which I really like. The 30cm block is a little larger than expected, but not too much. This is definitely useful. I suppose to use it regularly. Thanks to the fact that I received several gift cards from work, this was a painless purchase. To update. While I'm still very happy with the brazier, I'm a little disappointed that the enamel scratches so easily. I think it's a light color. I didn't notice any scratches on my darker Le Creuset items. In addition, my vintage LC enamelled cast iron and Lodge enamelware is near pristine. I expected more considering the premium price.
