Precision lock, easy to use

For those who don't know, you don't need to lock your luggage with a lock when you check your bags at the airport, but if you do, you must have a TSA-approved one be lock. These locks usually have a combination that you can set and a keyhole that only TSA agents have the key to. You will not receive a key with a travel lock. This model seems to be the strongest of all the road locks I've used. There is no play in the mechanism like other cheaper locks. Around the outside of the numbered wheels is a black metal bar built into the metal case for protection - I've never seen this before and found it awkward to see the numbers when turning, but now I see the protection. Advantage. Resetting a combination is a simple process, as with most of these locks. It not only clicks on each digit, but also halfway between digits. I've checked if you could accidentally set the number 1/2 by mistake - say 1, 2-1/2, 3 - but you can't. The lock will not allow you to complete the combination reset unless all the numbers match the full numbers. No lock will stop a thief. If a thief wants what's in your luggage, he can steal all the luggage. The lock only makes it harder and gives you peace of mind that someone opened your hotel luggage while you were away. This lock has the added benefit of letting you know if someone has searched your luggage at airport security via the indicator in the keyhole. I fly twice a year and only once did I suspect my luggage had been opened - now I know for sure. I have used three similar locks over the years and this one is by far the best.
