This is an incredible combination. The gel is definitely a secret, but another secret is to soak your feet in very warm water with a good quality foot bath before use. I used lavender bath salts and soaked longer than intended. As the instructions state, if you use a rasp before applying the gel, you'll be amazed and frankly embarrassed at how much dead skin comes off. Just be careful! The rasp will remove skin to the bone if you let it. Respect is key; The rasp works, but it must be respected. Then ONLY rub the gel ON THE ROUGH PARTS, no more here. Follow the instructions. Grate again, with respect. Wash thoroughly and enjoy. You will only be disappointed if you don't buy this combo set. And if you don't respect the rasp.
