You must be using an active DP HDMI adapter or the docking station will occasionally (at 1 second intervals) freeze the laptop mouse and keyboard. I've had success with the plug-in adapter, although I still get intermittent freezes. The port placement looks random, are the 2 TB3 ports on the back of the device? Gentle breathing is required to disconnect the USB-C connector. The rectangular DC power plug blocks the DP connector. The DC power supply is almost the size of a docking station. The equipment is okay, if you have all the cables and adapters you need, the design is not well thought out.
