I like how easy it is for me as an employee of this organization to use their services - they are very simple/straightforward when using them! They do not offer any additional features or tools beyond what you would expect from most companies these days (iPad app integration etc.). The price point can be somewhat high at times but there's nothing wrong about paying more money if your product will benefit greatly because you'll get better service than those who charge less. We're solving our customer support issues regarding transcribing patient visits into EMRs which has been extremely helpful given we work remotely.
