Review on Elements PEO by Mark Loredo

The account manager was very helpful with all my questions about this service. I am new at using an outside agency but it seems like they had helpfull staff members available anytime I called them so far. They were not able to find anyone who can give me an estimate of how many hours would need to process my taxes for 2017. It took too much time than expected, therefore it didn't get done before deadline. They also did not seem interested to offer any refund. Not sure if this is because their fees were already paid by my clients or what happened. Hopefully things go well next year! Payroll and tax services at a reasonable price. This helped keep costs down while still providing full accounting services to our small startup. I like how easy it is to use the platform. It's very user friendly. The customer service could be better, but they do help out when needed. I would recommend this software to any company who needs an all in one solution. We were able to do our own payroll, benefits, and HR functions all in one place. It was also great being able to get training on the system.
