Review on 🔧 Scosche VW0615DDCS Premium Installation Kit 2006-2015 - No SWC Retention for VW Models by Roy Boone

Volkswagen GLI 2012. Although the radio worked I had to send a signal to the factory amp by momentarily connecting the remote amp lead (on the amp) to the 12V ACC lead. This seemed to "wake up" the amp. After that the radio and volume worked fine (I have a fender pack). Now the rear view camera wasn't working properly (have to remove the wires and leave them unplugged. Also, there wasn't a photo of the steering wire harness (with an auxiliary connector) in the kit. Given all these issues, it should have been a $40 item, and not that price at all. I am glad I still have an aftermarket radio. Have to look at the items that don't work.
