The cream has a slightly creamy texture. Very little product is needed. I would recommend this cream more for everyday use as it is quite light in texture. If you have a drier skin type you may need a little more coverage for night use, but it makes a great day cream with a lighter texture. It has a pleasant smell (if you want fragrance free OR if you mind heavily scented creams then I wouldn't recommend this). I don't think the texture or moisturizing properties justify the $33 price tag, but it's nice. In general I give 4 stars. I have it squeaks on the four. I have used everything from high end creams to pharmacy creams and while I love this cream I most likely will not buy it again. Not bad actually, but my skin is drier and I prefer something wetter.
