It's simple, easy to use and has all of the features you could want in a system that works well with your business. The support team are great and really help any issues we have come across when managing our stores. Nothing at the moment! Just having the ability to look up information quickly on our products which can be difficult when searching through many different menus. Also being able to access our stock from anywhere. The ability to sync with our POS system allowed us access from anywhere in the world! I was able to view my day to date sales, as well as customer information at any time throughout the week. It's not perfect yet but definitely worth looking into if you're considering it for your type of industry. We have been able to improve employee efficiency by allowing them to submit orders remotely through this program.
