Not optimal charging voltage; short cable
It charges my battery to 13.1v and then holds 12.9v (70F ambient temp). That's not ideal. It needs to supply a charging voltage of 14.2V and then hold it at 13.2-13.4V. Another issue is that the power cord is so short that it is unusable without an extension cord. I had five 12v chargers and they all had long cords.
