Works great, but different brand?

I bought this for my school Zoom meetings because I got tired of leaning right up to my laptop to be heard well as I have a rather quiet voice. This little mic is great for that purpose and it relieves me of unnecessary stress on my back. I tested this mic with a friend on Discord and she could hear me pretty clearly. Zoom meetings also went smoothly. At her suggestion, you might want to consider using the push to talk feature available in whatever program you use, as she heard the beginnings of my sentences were cut off. This is a very minor issue and it might just be me, but thought I'd post it there. I've had to play around with the microphone in the programs I first used it in (Discord, Voice Memo on Mac, and Zoom), but I just had to make sure my audio input was set to microphone (USB device). Programs should "remember" what settings you had, so you should be fine. The adapter part of the product comes with instructions in case you can't get the microphone to work. The overall quality of the product is excellent but I found it odd that I did not receive the Movo branded microphone as advertised. Instead I got a Boya BY-A100 microphone with a Movo adapter, not a Movo DOM2 microphone. The real microphone was packed in the box shown in the photos, with the adapter in a separate bag. The difference in branding made me sweat a little and worried that I might have received the wrong product. It is clear that everything worked out in the end. Both the Boya mic and the Movo mic appear to be the same product apart from different adapters. I love how small and portable this mic is, and I think the case is a pretty nice bonus too! I use a microphone with a USB-C to USB-A adapter without any problems. Aside from the weird branding confusion, I have no complaints. However, I wish I had the option to choose a color as this Boya mic appears to be a rose gold color that would go well with my laptop.
