Yes they rotate and move air and even glow at that price. Right ? Well :-/First impression - Looks good, ok. But, although they are multicolored. The colors are static - meaning there is no movement/effects, just lighting. For this price I can't expect more from fans. They move air, not very much, but they rotate. And they have both motherboard and Molex headers. So if you're tied to motherboard fan headers, Molex is an option. But seriously, for just a dollar or two, you can get effects, better colors, and more air, which you really need a fan for. If your budget can't afford the higher cost, this is the way to go for now. But as soon as you can, you can replace them with fans that look better and move more air!
