I am disabled and wanted a second broom and dustpan in another part of my house so I wouldn't have to go back and forth with cleaning supplies. The one that worked for me worked great, the pan closed when lifted so what was swept up didn't fall back onto the floor. He also arrived safely. This piece of junk has been split into multiple pieces with "instructions" on how to assemble a bunch of identical pieces. Since I have limited use of my hands, this was a disaster. If you have any problem with your hands, don't even think about ordering this terrible product. The handle is at a terrible angle making it difficult to use. it remains absolutely rigid and must be closed by force. The brush and dustpan are not lined up exactly like the original set I had from another company, but are tilted at an odd angle, making hanging impossible due to uneven weight distribution. . It takes a lot of space to put it on the floor, to squeeze it between two objects, to hold it upright because of that awful handle sticking out. I can't return it because I can't leave my house and I don't have a computer or printer. Print a shipping label for pickup. I've just run out of money that I can't afford to waste. This company puts the "instructions" on how to contact them with any problems or complaints and does NOT provide a customer service phone number to call. I throw it away on garbage day. I would never donate it to inflict on someone else. It becomes a dumping ground for what it is good for. Don't even think about buying this piece of junk.
