This is the best mattress topper I have ever bought. We bought a dozen different ones and this one did the trick. I have Lyme disease which gives me constant pain and discomfort at night and this has really helped me get some relief. It is reversible with a harder or softer side. We tried both and preferred the hard side. I loved this topper so much I bought one for every bed in our home and RV. I have a double pillow mattress and the straps aren't the best but the topper doesn't move at all even off my husband's side and he is a tall/tall man.
