This is a very convenient and clean way to apply nail care. You will receive a cuticle softener (milky white stick) and four nail oils. the tubes themselves are not marked; Therefore, you need to follow the guide that comes with the pens to keep track of the food inside by the color of it. It's not entirely difficult though as the colors are pretty much what you would expect and all but one pin (softener) are nail oil. Probably the best thing about these pens is that they're an easy and messy way to apply cuticle oil/softener on the go. You simply remove the cap, turn the dial on the bottom until just the right amount of oil appears on the tip of the brush, then brush your cuticles and nail bed. The dial only rotates in one direction and locks with one click, making it very difficult to overload the tip of the brush, even accidentally. When you're done, put the cap back on and put the pen back in your purse, drawer, travel bag, etc. I would find this set to be a great set for people who are worried about nail oil spills, travel a lot, or do crafts just like to go on nails. Unusual but works well. What really shines about this set are the pens themselves, which are easy to use, allow for precise application, and are leak-proof. If that's what you're looking for, a nail oil/nail softener would be a good choice.
