I like this HDMI cable clamp more than others because it has its own rotating ring to tighten the clamp. Many others only have one screw that serves both to connect the clamp to your cage and the clamp to tighten the cable. With this design, you can screw the clamp onto the cage (or tripod or anything with a 1/4-20 size) and then insert the cable into the clamp and then tighten. It offers a much tighter clamp around the HDMI cable, which I couldn't do with other HDMI clamps. A full size HDMI connection is held by this clip. This way the micro connector on the camera never moves while the full size HDMI connector moves with the tripod head and securely connects the HDMI cable which then connects to the video mixer.
