LED circuit causes constant power consumption
There is no problem with the installed fuse. The fuse is not installed, the output terminal is still at 11.26 volts. If you have a blown fuse, it will drain the battery and not cut power from that connector. This can lead to increased power consumption on other end devices and then the fuses on the left and right will blow. There is no continuity on pins 2, 3, 5 and 6. 1 and 4 are about 10-16 megohms, which somewhat shorts the 12 volts on all terminals. From reading other reviews this seems to be an issue with the LED circuit. You can remove the circuit to allow the fuse board to work properly, but that defeats the purpose of the LEDs. Pretty boring.
