Fit and finish or really excellent I have to agree with other reviewers, this is a very solid device indeed. And then it died, nothing, no heat , no smoke just nothing.Probably bad contact,will try to find it.Before he died I noticed the high/low velocity slider slipped out of the low velocity position causing the cartridge to dislodge,no rotation. I had to back the slider all the way down to keep the gears engaged. It's been a fantastic workout so far. :(((So now I'm stuck with a dead drill and wasted $45 after just a few hours
