At first glance I really liked these crayons! bends easily, dents easily when pushed or pulled). Then, when I first opened the tin, I noticed that the pins weren't placed properly (the color families were mixed and the numbers didn't match. I rearranged them for these images). What initially made me fall in love was how easy these pencils were designed to blend and almost effortlessly did so. not only that, but also that the colors were layered on top of each other colorfully and without any particular pressure, but somehow I noticed over time that I used these pens less and less because 1) they became less flexible over time , 2) they started tearing the paper when the colors were applied in layers, and 3) they break EXTREMELY easily and are horrible to sharpen for that reason. a change in hue expansion for this brand - less blues and browns and more reds, pinks and yellows please!
