Works fantastic once I set it up
I've had it for about 6 months now and it works fantastic. It's so nice to be able to just double click ctrl and a number to toggle. Initially, I had a lot of problems with videos with static and switched off monitors. Assumed it was a device but found I had the wrong power supply for my laptop dock. Another problem I've found is that computers have memories with USB ports enabled. So if it doesn't work, just unplug your computer one at a time and then plug the device back in and it will switch to that computer and then we'll remember that this is a live port.
