Please help me: my rating

When I first turned the monitor on, it just kept blinking red, green, blue, white, then black for about 15 minutes. I've tried restarting the computer, disabling the driver, and trying the HDMI and DP ports. Pretty much everything I could find online. My other two monitors still work great. Does this happen to anyone else?
