The team at focus is very responsive when it comes time to implement our strategy! We are able to collaborate effectively as we move through each step in developing our plan and implementation process goes well every single month since they started working with us!! I would say that their communication skills need some improvement but I believe this will come along over time given how committed everyone there seems to be towards providing excellent customer service.
