We use it at work because of its ease in managing customer service calls.
I love that you can easily search all agents by their last names! Some features are really difficult to find or need some training/help from our IT department which sometimes takes months to get things fixed - so be patient!! If they don't have what we're looking for (or something similar) then keep searching until they do! It has helped us organize how many different departments handle certain types of call volume better than if they were separate systems.
