Great Product Overall, Very Useful Tool

I like how easy it was for me to navigate throughout the dashboard as well as using my smartphone while working with clients at home or work; especially when there are 3 people needing support! There wasn't really anything that detracted from our overall process of getting help with computer issues but if you're looking into this option make sure someone else can do their job so they aren't distracted too much (ie don't have them doing other things).

We were able to get some simple fixes such as restarting services/printers etc without having to leave the house to go pick up hardware we needed - saving us time both personally and client costs which makes everyone happy :) I love how easy it was for me as well my team member who used this product everyday! The ease of use really made our job easier with keeping track all day long about what we are doing daily at work or home!! Nothing but great things so far from using System Aid. It's very user friendly which makes working more efficient than before because you don't have any problems while navigating through different screens when looking up information like where something went wrong etc..
