I really liked these sandals and when I received a defective pair I arranged for a return and a replacement. The replacement failed 10 minutes after attachment. Wrong seam. Failed elsewhere than the 1st pair but on the same (left) side of the leg so I couldn't even make a pair out of the two defective pairs. I had to send them back too. :(
