Stronger than expected, we're pleased
Bought for a disabled woman, we don't need regular bear claws. It works just as well, if not better, and is stronger than I expected. I was worried the price would make it flimsy, but the handle is covered in a durable rubber-like material, and the telescoping extension stays in place when you stretch it, but not to the point where it snags. That is absolutely correct. Also, she likes to use it to pet our cat. Edit: After about two months the bars wobble a bit but still work.
