Do your research first before you buy something because some companies will trick their way into getting money from users as well.-The only benefit i can think if someone wants an easier form of business management like emailing invoices etc The customer service is top notch. They have a great team and are always willing to help. The platform is easy to use and has a lot of bells and whistles. I like that the platform is easy to use and has a lot of features. I do not like that the platform is not mobile friendly. I would recommend the platform to any company looking for a customer loyalty platform. I am solving customer retention and acquisition.
