Four stars because: This device works as described for most TRRS headsets. Headset Buddy's customer service was also very helpful and accommodating. Minus 1 star because: This device does not work with Apple Earpods, even though it says so. Microphone signaling on Apple Earpods differs from most TRRS headsets; The only input sound I heard after testing these two devices and two different computers was a loud, constant beep. However, they work with Apple headphones (older, more classic headphones). In addition, the blue flashing light never stops flashing and it is impossible to turn it off.
