Good grip on tape paper

This thing rips paper underneath. What remains is a torn mess. If you apply it lightly enough that it doesn't tear the paper, your paint will seep underneath, effectively ruining your border anyway. Green masking tape works much better, but of course it's green, not white. I wanted white so it wouldn't interfere with the colors I'm painting with. Now I will try green and cover it with white. I do not recommend this tape.
