Review on Premium Educational Construction Building Set by JOYIN by Andrew Young

The colors are beautiful and it's great that it's translucent so you can see the balls go by. There are cool things. The kids love it. But you can feel the poor quality of the plastic and it breaks easily. This is especially noticeable with parts that "snap together" instead of just snapping together like most male and female ends do. There are also a few parts that just don't make sense, like loop-by-loop where you have to unloop, but there's a kink in the loop. How why? Marble often cannot grind it. It seems like some of the parts were made to just need assembly so they can artificially "increase" the part count, but that just makes them less durable. Also, there's a piece that looks like a giant rounded elbow that often bounces off the balls instead of completing the spin. Also, the "instructions" for the included designs are small and difficult to understand. But it's still useful most of the time, and like I said, kids are obsessed with it.
