I like being able to access everything in one place without having multiple programs open at once! This also helps me understand where we are within our commitments so if something comes up with time constraints they can be addressed right away knowing there's nothing else pending before this commitment has been completed.
There isn't anything really but just more of what i'm already used too which makes sense because its not very different than others out here as far as software goes. If someone was looking to use another program similar maybe try other ones first? Just make sure you're comfortable using them since some aren't easy to learn how to navigate easily especially when things get busy/urgent during project timelines! Being organized is key. We've had issues with deadlines getting pushed back due to lack of communication between departments (contractors included).
