Light looks good and works as expected. Relatively easy to install if you follow the instructions. The only thing the instructions don't tell you is that you have to do them all at the same time. And make sure you put nuts on the bolts that hang down and connect on the outside of the base. The instructions don't say that explicitly, but it's easy to understand. So don't screw anything in until you've connected the wires together. But it's great that the thing came with a spare iron just in case. The only tools you might need are a screwdriver and wire strippers. A small wrench would help, maybe a 5/16, but I only used pliers.
