Product meets expectations in terms of ball, mount, pin and lock. FYI: Interlock Ball Mount is one style and only requires a wrench to mount the ball. The ball comes installed, but if you require a different ball size for this model, make sure it is a blocking ball. Pen and lock work and look great, 2 keys included. The description says "mount storage bag", in fact it's just a hard case that the device ships in. As you can see from the picture, the mount and stylus were inside the case. I was expecting a proper bag, which meant I could store an oiled ball and now deal with the mess. Although it doesn't really matter. Overall a great deal, about $10 less than any dealership.
