The ease of use is really helpful for getting started with GIS, especially when you have limited experience or knowledge about mapping programs like ArcMap. Also very good customer service from Esri as well! I would love more tutorials available online so that we can learn even faster using this software without having to constantly ask questions within their help center. Creating maps has never been easier than it was through 21C's services. We are able to make quick changes by modifying our existing map rather quickly which also saves us time and money since we don't need new equipment everytime there is a change made.
