Unit #1 was leaking from under the main seal. A lot of. I've tried the petroleum jelly on the gasket and tightened/loosened certain screws that may be known issues, but it's still leaking. The second block leaked a little even though the seals were lubricated, so I loosened a couple of screws next to the gray fastener where it was leaking and the leak stopped. Well the leak has stopped until the canister doesn't move at all, when I tilt it to vent etc it leaks. but it's not the end of the world, once it's up and running I won't touch it anyway. Then I turned on the UV. and nothing. I carefully installed the bulb properly without touching the glass with my skin, installed a protective cover, etc. UV just doesn't work. Took the damn thing apart and the filaments on the bulb look fine but won't light up no matter what I try. I have ordered some replacement UV bulbs to see if that would solve the problem, if not I will be leaving SUNSUN for good and switching to a more established brand.
